In order to ensure the highest level of service, maintain the integrity of our scheduling system, and uphold fairness to all clients, the following cancellation and refund policy shall apply to all driving lessons booked with our organization.

Clients who wish to cancel a scheduled driving lesson must provide a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours’ advance notice prior to the appointed lesson time. Notice of cancellation must be submitted through an approved communication method, which may include email, telephone, or any designated booking platform authorized by the company. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that such notice is successfully received.

Any cancellation submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled lesson shall be considered a late cancellation. In such cases, the client shall be deemed ineligible for a refund of any fees paid in connection with the affected lesson. This includes, but is not limited to, single-session payments, package lesson credits, promotional lessons, or any other pre-paid instructional sessions.

This policy is implemented to accommodate the operational demands of our business, including instructor scheduling, resource allocation, and the opportunity cost of reserving the lesson time exclusively for the client. Late cancellations significantly impede our ability to reassign the booked time to another student and may result in inefficiencies that compromise the quality and reliability of our services.

Please be advised that, except under extraordinary circumstances expressly permitted at the sole discretion of the company, no exceptions shall be made to this policy. Clients are therefore strongly encouraged to review their schedules carefully prior to booking and to notify us as early as possible should unforeseen circumstances arise.

By scheduling a driving lesson with our organization, the client acknowledges, understands, and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
